Welcome to AYUDH Europe. And our community

A space for connection, purpose, and youth-driven change.

Since its founding, AYUDH Europe has been bringing together young people from across the continent to shape the future they want to see. Through conferences, leadership trainings, community projects, and cross-cultural exchanges, we create spaces that inspire and empower youth to turn their ideas into action.

We support young people on a journey of discovering their strengths, values, and purpose by organizing events that address the challenges facing our generation — from sustainability and social responsibility to leadership and active citizenship. Our gatherings combine meaningful dialogue with creativity, collaboration, and shared experiences.

Each year, AYUDH Europe hosts international conferences and signature events that unite participants from different countries and backgrounds. These events feature inspiring speakers who share their personal journeys, interactive workshops that encourage hands-on learning, and open conversations that foster genuine connection. Above all, they create an environment where young people feel empowered to lead, serve, and grow together.

Our goal is to inspire and empower young people across Europe by giving them the tools to overcome everyday challenges and connect with others who have faced and grown through similar experiences. By supporting one another, young people can transform not only their communities — but the world.

When young people feel confident in their voice, their values, and their abilities, they step into the world ready to express themselves without hesitation. We believe there is no better time than now to lead with courage and purpose.

There are no fixed rules for shaping your future or creating impact, but we are here to support our members along the way. Through connection, collaboration, and action, you can grow through real-life experiences and become a leader in your own right.

The idea of AYUDH Europe was born from a shared feeling many young people experience — the moment when we begin to ask ourselves, “What kind of world do I want to live in, and what is my role in shaping it?”. As young people across Europe navigated education, identity, purpose, and responsibility, many felt both inspired and uncertain.

There was a desire to create impact — but also questions about how to turn ideals into action. How do we respond to global challenges? How do we build meaningful careers while staying true to our values? How do we create connection across cultures in an increasingly divided world?

What became clear was that no one wanted to face these questions alone.

Inspired by the humanitarian vision of Amma and the global work of Embracing the World, AYUDH emerged as a space where young people could gather, reflect, and act together. What started as youth coming together to discuss service, sustainability, leadership, and personal growth gradually developed into a structured European youth movement. As gatherings grew and connections deepened, more young people joined — bringing friends, ideas, and initiatives with them. What began as conversations evolved into conferences, leadership trainings, environmental campaigns, social projects, and cross-border collaborations.

AYUDH Europe became a platform where young people could explore both inner development and outer action. Our events address the challenges facing our generation — from climate responsibility and social inclusion to ethical leadership and community service. We combine dialogue with hands-on workshops, cultural exchange with practical initiatives, and reflection with real-world impact.

Today, AYUDH Europe continues to grow as a network of youth across countries who believe that compassion and responsibility must guide action. We create spaces where young people can discover their strengths, build lifelong friendships across borders, and transform their ideas into meaningful contributions.

Our story is not about one founder or one moment — it is about a generation choosing to lead with awareness, courage, and unity. And it is still being written.

About Our Founder

AYUDH was inspired by the humanitarian vision of Mata Amritanandamayi (Amma), an internationally recognised humanitarian and founder of the global charitable network Embracing the World.

For decades, Amma has supported large-scale humanitarian initiatives in areas such as disaster relief, healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, and social welfare. Her work has reached communities across the world, focusing on practical solutions that address poverty, inequality, and crisis response. AYUDH was established as the youth initiative connected to this broader humanitarian network. Its purpose is to provide young people with opportunities to engage in social responsibility, leadership development, intercultural dialogue, and community service.

While inspired by values such as compassion, service, and global responsibility, AYUDH operates as a youth-led platform that encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and active citizenship. The focus is on empowering young people to contribute positively to society through projects, events, and cross-border cooperation.
